Description:

 

The upper and lower metal coils are securely clamped onto the plant's unwinding system and are then fed into the processing machine. In the initial phase, the "corona system" treats both sides of the metal sheets with high-frequency energy. This treatment effectively cleans the surfaces by removing grease, oil, and other contaminants, ensuring optimal adhesion between the foam and the metal during the subsequent steps. After the cleaning process, protective films are rolled onto the outer surfaces of the two sheets. These films provide additional protection and contribute to the final product’s durability.

Following this, the two sheets are aligned together, and the foaming process begins. The bottom sheet is coated with foam through the action of a swinging foam head. Simultaneously, the upper sheet is mechanically secured to maintain stability. Right after the foaming, the panel is transferred into a heated drying tunnel. Inside this tunnel, the foam expands to its full capacity, thoroughly bonding with both sheets. This expansion and bonding transform the two metal sheets into a single, robust, shear-resistant composite structural panel.

Once the panel exits the drying tunnel, it is immediately cut to the specified dimensions using a flying saw or cutter, providing precise results based on customer requirements.
