Description:

 

The manufacturing process of Alpha Sandwich Panels begins with the top and bottom metal coils being clamped onto an unwinding system, which feeds them into the production line. The first stage involves the use of a “corona system,” which utilizes high-frequency energy to thoroughly clean the reverse sides of the metal sheets, removing oils, grease, and dirt. This ensures optimal adhesion between the foam core and the metal sheets in the subsequent steps. Once the cleaning process is complete, a protective film is applied to the exterior of both sheets.

Afterward, the metal sheets are guided together, with the bottom sheet receiving a layer of foam through a swinging foam head, while the top sheet is secured mechanically. The partially assembled panel is then moved into a heated curing tunnel. Inside this tunnel, the foam undergoes expansion, bonding firmly with the metal sheets to form a solid, composite structure. As the panels exit the tunnel, they are cut to the desired length using a precise flying saw or cutter, ready for delivery.
