Disc Granulator
A novel type of slanting disc granulation apparatus, the disc granulator series has a granulation rate of more than 90%, a flexible belt drive system for the motor and reducer, smooth startup, decreased impact force, and longer equipment life. Multiple radioactive steel plates reinforce the granulator's plate bottom. These plates are strong and resilient, never thinning, thickening, or aggravating, and have a sturdy base design that doesn't require anchor bolts to be fastened to function steadily.
The primary gear of the granulator uses High-frequency abrupt fires with twice as long service life. Granulation's inner plant was robust and treated against corrosion.
